Zeolites are formed from the combination of volcanic ash and sea salt over millions of years. There are three main zeolite minerals that have been approved for human consumption (FDA Gras list); Clinoptilolite, Chabazite, and Heulandite. Up until now Clinoptilolite has been the only zeolite used in most formulations. However, Zus2o is a combination of all 3 that have been combined with some other ingredients to make the minerals work up to 10x more effectively.

Each zeolite is an extremely hard and honeycomb-like structure containing many permeated ducts and cavities throughout its structure. These caves, also called channels, are openings where heavy metals and toxins can bind to. Once they are bound they are flushed out naturally through the urine.

A three-dimensional framework produces net negative charge that traps environmental pollutants and is balanced by the exchangeable cations Calcium, Magnesuim, Phosphate.

The zeolites naturally attract ALL positive minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium and iron. These common positive cations then are displaced by heavy metals such as cadmium, mercury, nickel, and arsenic and removed safely from the body. The zeolites in Zus2o have been filled with all of these "good" heavy metals so that when a zeolite comes into contact with a harmful heavy metal it exchanges it by releasing a good metal for a bad metal.

This process is called Cationic Exchange:
